Lifetime Premium (App Store / Google Play)

Lifetime Premium is a one-time, non-subscription purchase.

• iOS: Refunds are handled only by Apple. Request via reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple purchase history. The developer (vithanhlam / ShieldPress) cannot issue App Store refunds.
• Android: Refunds follow Google Play policy and timelines. Request from Play order history or Google Play support. The developer cannot issue Play Store refunds directly.

Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore purchase in Settings → Premium while signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

Gift / promo codes

Promotional gift codes are provided free of charge (e.g. to friends or customers). They have no cash value, are typically single-use, and are not refundable. Lost or already-used codes cannot be restored by the developer once burned on the redeem service.

Free plan

The free plan has no charge; there is nothing to refund.
