Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using ShieldPress Terminal (“the App”), you agree to this disclaimer, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
No warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that it will meet your requirements.
Your use — your risk
You use the App at your own risk. You are solely responsible for:
- All SSH/SFTP connections, commands, file edits, uploads, downloads, chmod, and deletions.
- Any damage to remote servers, data loss, downtime, or security incidents on systems you manage.
- Safeguarding credentials, keys, backups, and gift codes on your devices.
- Compliance with laws and with the policies of any host or network you access.
- Ensuring you have authorization to access each server.
Do not use the App for unauthorized access. The developer is not responsible for misuse.
No liability for your data or security
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vithanhlam / ShieldPress and contributors are not liable for:
- Loss, theft, corruption, or disclosure of passwords, private keys, server lists, terminal output, SFTP files, or backups — whether stored on your device, exported by you, or transmitted to servers you choose.
- Unauthorized access to your accounts or servers resulting from device theft, malware, weak credentials, phishing, or third-party compromise.
- Failures of Apple, Google, your device OS, network providers, Cloudflare (gift redeem), or remote hosts.
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits / data, even if advised of the possibility.
Limitation of damages
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Lifetime Premium in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or zero if you only use the free plan / a promo gift code).
Third parties
Apple, Google, and other platforms are independent. Their terms and refund rules apply to store purchases. We do not control App Store / Play Billing outcomes.
Changes
We may update this page on GitHub Pages without shipping a new app binary. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated text.
